DATA AND SECURITY

How We Protect Your Account and Data

Our security and data practices are built around the accounts you actually use — including linked wallets like PayPal, Venmo, and Play+. Here is what we do on our end, and what you control on yours.

Data Handling

We collect only what is necessary to run your account, verify identity, and process payments. We do not sell your personal data to third parties outside of what your payment provider's terms require for transaction processing.

Cookie Use

Cookies on fretitta keep your session active, remember your wallet preference between PayPal and Play+, and support fraud detection. You can adjust non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Account Security

Each login goes through a verification step; if we detect unusual activity on your account, we may require an additional identity check before a withdrawal via Venmo or PayPal can process.

Data Retention and Requests

We retain account records for the period required under applicable state law. You can request a full copy of your account data or ask for specific records to be removed by contacting us through the email policy channel.

LEGAL CONTACT PATHS

Reach Us About Policy Questions

If you have a question about how our terms apply to your account — or you need to request data changes, report a policy concern, or dispute a transaction — these are the three direct paths to our team. We aim to respond to formal legal or data requests within the window required by applicable state guidelines.

Live Chat Support Open live chat from your account dashboard to ask policy questions, dispute a transaction, or get clarity on how a specific term applies to your account activity.
Email Policy Channel Send formal requests — data access, account closure, term disputes — to our dedicated legal email. Include your account ID and the specific policy section in question.
Account Settings Portal Many policy actions, including updating linked PayPal or Venmo details, reviewing your transaction log, or requesting account changes, are handled directly in your settings panel.

Questions About Your Rights and Our Terms

These are the policy and legal questions we hear most often. If yours is not covered here, reach out through live chat or email with your account ID ready.

Access depends entirely on your state's laws governing online gaming. We do not operate in states where it is prohibited, and eligibility is confirmed at account creation based on your location.

Email our policy channel with your account ID and a written data access request. We will compile your account records and respond within the timeline required by applicable state or federal guidelines.

You can request deletion of non-required data through our email policy channel. Some records — like transaction history tied to PayPal or Play+ deposits — must be retained under applicable law and cannot be removed.

Closing your fretitta account removes the link from our system. Your Venmo or PayPal account itself is unaffected — we do not retain payment credentials after account closure beyond any legally required period.

Start a dispute through live chat with your transaction reference number. For Play+ specifically, you may also need to contact the Play+ card issuer directly, as card-level disputes follow their own resolution process.

Updated terms are posted on this page with a revision notice at the top. Continuing to use your account after a posted update means you accept the revised terms — we do not send individual alerts for minor changes.
